I know for whatever reason I was put on this path and that the choices that were made for me or by me brought me to where I am today. This journey that I am about to take with this blog site is totally from the heart. I have no anger at anyone or want to find answers there was a time i wanted to get to the bottom of it all. I today am just putting this out there to put it down in writing to help me walk my path to day as best that I can and with Gods help and guidance share my path with whomever wants to tag along, God Bless
I remember standing in a room full of people i didn’t know holding onto a bag full of green plastic army men. My eyes were cried out and just watching everything going on around me. I had been here just a short time but long enough to realize that what had ever happened had changed everything that had been my life. My brother, sisters and I would never be on the same road again.
I was at the age of 4 in foster care, put into a system that was to change my life forever. Not saying that it was all bad we were given the most wonderful foster parents that there ever was. With a broken adopted foster brother who would later spend all his adult life in prison not being able to adapt to society.
We all were scarred as children and would carry it with us in our own way all of our lives.
Today
Today is almost gone but not forgotten, There is a place within me that is never to far away from my roots. By roots I mean Oregon and the many friends that are still there. I am starting this journey not really knowing where it will lead. But i hope that it will you and me along a journey back to when things were not quiet so complicated. Where gas was 22 cents and cigarets were less than a quarter. So I hope that you will join me as i walk back thru times of joy and the times of sorrow. In what we call life. God Bless Larry
